More glamorous locations (The Counsellor looks posh but locations are ordinary in comparison with HoG) + Lady Gaga I think.

I wonder what her fee was? She hasn't got much acting experience but she does have an Oscar nom. And her name is probably a massive box office draw I think.

QuoteRidley Scott has a secret weapon as a filmmaker and it probably has a lot to do with his career longevity and versatility. As a young boy, he would draw everything, and to this day he still storyboards every one of his films with his own drawings. That helps him deliver the finished product efficiently, often under schedule and under budget. Marc talks with Ridley about how he worked his craft on films like Blade Runner, Thelma and Louise, Black Hawk Down, Gladiator, American Gangster, and his two most recent films, The Last Duel and House of Gucci.

Only 65% on RT and it's not rising like The Last Duel. Where is Stolen? ;D

He's undervaluing the movie again. Should aim for at least 90%  :P

I've noticed that quite a few of the negative reviews don't seem to get that this is satire/parody? I mean, we already picked up on that just looking at paparazzi photographs. Weren't they paying attention while watching the film? Or were they too busy texting?

Good review from the San Francisco Chronicle, who actually gets it:
