they should release the game on the Nintendo Switch. It would be perfect.

From the gameplay that's out already, it looks like a lot of fun. I'm definitely going to try it out for myself soon. Seems like this'll be a nice addition to the games. I was surprised at how much fun it seemed when I was just watching it, so in the end I'm glad this got made. Cause it's not like it was either Blackout or Isolation 2, I'm looking at this like a bonus on top of everything coming out.
IMO it feels like an new game mode to the original Isolation, the atmosphere is as it should be.

I'm finally home! Food has been consumed and Blackout is mirrored on the TV. Time to play!

My phone is quite weak and has little storage space remaining, if I ever buy a new one, I'll definitely buy this too.

Like it so far. Although only on the second mission.

It's a little addictive

I just jumped into it. Beat the first mission and ran out of time on the second mission because I spent too much time hiding lol

I think this is an awesome game well worth it for $5! Would definitely be well suited for the switch with the touch screen mechanics too! I hope they release it for the switch in the near future!

Excellent game. Considering the limitations they are working with (a mere 150 meg download), they've done an incredible job recreating the atmosphere of Alien:Isolation. This would have been a perfect mini game within Isolation. It would have been awesome to have to run to several different access points on Sevastopol in order to link in and remotely guide crew members to safety. Blackout is like having a tiny piece of Isolation on my phone. Love it.

This game is really challenging. You have to pay attention to so many things at once. The fact that you can use motion trackers in only a handful of rooms and in cameras aren't everywhere makes things difficult. You have to be very wary of vent placement. On top of that you can also die yourself, which I think is a nice twist.

I'm shocked to say it but it actually looks really good. Also I cannot believe they got access to the suit from Alien Covenant that got completely removed from the final film. Crazy.

A lof my initial response to news of the release was 1. its mobile 2. there was some pretty good excitement from social media teases.

That being said, its a good game, but its still not a big release like the social media campaign had me believing it would be. Its cool though since they are working on a big release.

Oh, I thought they meant space suit, not Alien suit.

Obviously I wanted a full fledged Isolation sequel but I don't hate premium mobile games so I was looking forward to this and I have to say I'm really enjoying this game quite a bit. It does take alot from the FNAF series but the main game play of guiding individuals I found to be pretty unique. Sounds really good too. Also I would love another AVP Evolution title.

Three levels in and I've found the game enjoyable. It is certainly challenging. My personal strength has never been multitasking, but rather being laser like on single focused tasks, so it raises the difficulty level for me. It establishes a great mood and atmosphere. The voice acting is well done, however I wish I can skip past it sometimes when restarting a level. Overall, for Alien fans it's an easy recommend.

Aww man... why do they do this?? Another piece of alien related media that can't really be preserved - I have it installed on my iPhone - I'll put it on the iPad also (not sure it can be installed on Mac) - I hope when I upgrade to my next phone it can still be transferred... 😭

EDIT: SAVED & SAVED- better get my ass in gear and complete it. 😂

I'm sorry to see it go. I really got a lot of enjoyment out of Blackout and I wish it'd have got a lot more love from the fandom. But glad it's in my library.

I would buy it again on console. I was impressed with it for a mobile game, I just can't can't be brought to enjoy playing a thinking game on mobile device-which I'm always itching to put down

Sad to see it go (and also AvP: Evolution before it), but I'm glad I managed to complete it years ago, and didn't even lose any of the survivors.

Sadly the Mac I use at the lab has to be more "professional" - but I managed to get away with 'Weyland Yutani' wallpaper 😂

Is this the fate of all mobile games? Hard to keep up to date with new mobile versions?

It seems so. I still keep my old Samsung Tab 2 so I can play the old Stargate game occasionally.

What really killed this game for me was the inability to skip the dialogue at the start of the level. I lost count of how many times I had to listen to it over and over again. Drove me bonkers 😆 This game was only ok. No great loss to the fandom if it disappears. Been a fair few miles of bad road since Alien Isolation. We need another decent survival horror for PC and consoles. No mobile games. No more shooters.

Yeah, that's an absolutely fair comment. I do think the game was far better than just ok, though. It really did translate that Isolation feeling.
