I'm sorry, but even though i like the predator films, I LOVE the alien films and i'd rather see a regular aliens only movie other than predator. I'd still see Predator 3, but i won't get all excited about it.

In a perfect universe, there would be:

Predator 3 - set in Iraq.

Alien 5 - where we see the origins of the alien.

AVP 3 - set in the future with aliens, predators and colonial marines.

d00d.. you are obviously forgetting something.  Predator was set in South America because that's where the current major conflicts were happening.  Jim and John Thomas (the writers of Predator and Predator 2) said this on the extras of the Predator 2 dvd.

So, it makes perfect sense to set Predator 3 in Iraq.  The Predator is attracted to heat and conflict.  Heat + Conflict = IRAQ.  Nuff said.  8)

I'd say Predator 3 becuase there's already been four alien movies. (granted there's still a lot to do with them in a movie) If anything I want to see the predator in the jungle again.

Predator 3.

There is much left to be uncovered about the predator.

The predators are surrounded in mystery where as the alien plot
is fairly straight forward and well known by the public.

The predators need this movie!!!!

Dude, i want both. A sequel to Predator and a Prequel to Alien.

A prequel to alien would be badass.

I heard a rumor that they were going to do a storyl near that of the alien earth war comics for the 5th alien movie. This would be bad as earth war was a fairly boring and dry story.

A prequel would open the door for all kinds of surprises with the alien series.

Sounds pretty damn cool to me  ;D

Pred in Iraq.. that catches my attention for some reason.

Alien 5, yes.. exploring the origins of the Aliens would be cool..

AvP3.. DEFINITELY needs those marines!

I'd like to see Pred 3 the most simply cuz there's been 4 alien movies(5 if you include AVP) and only two for Pred. Preds need movies too! ;)

Acutually thanks for that post Gameoverman. I've started writing my fan script for Predator 3. It's seti in Iraq, here's a summary: A group of millitery commandoes are shipped to Iraq to track a possible terrorist plot. What they find however are the terrorists killed and strung up by their feet and an invisible killer on the loose in Baghdad..
