Thanks Ricco Ross, Daniel Kash and Carrie Henn and team for bringing a little bit of happiness into a lot of peoples lives with this short film during some really crappy times! I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this when finding out about this short film! Thanks again for the ray of sunshine :)

How can we fight Aliens if we cannot even get a stable audio-video signal in outer space ;D

It amazes me that Fox never did another Aliens Colonial Marines movie after all of these years. Even if it was a one-off movie not related to any other Alien films. Seems like an obvious idea to everyone else after all of these years. The studios never give the people want they want. Instead we get an android who creates a species. It's not even an alien at this point with the last few movies. Just a genetically created monster made by an android. Unless you count the engineers as the "aliens" at this point.

Good work! I'M sure this was hard work and a lot of fun to make. Great respect for all the guys there were involved in this project. I'm getting always a bit jealous when I see people extending something we love with little fan films.

Felix Berner, the man behind 2015’s Alien: The Adora Files, has now released his follow-up Aliens: Last Stand! Alongside his co-director Dieter Joppich, Aliens: Last Stand was created over a three-year period and is similar in style to how The Adora Files was filmed entirely on green-screen. However, Felix now has 5 years more experience and it shows in Last Stand!

Also making appearances in this fantastic looking fan film are Aliens alumni Ricco Ross, Daniel Kash and Carrie Henn! The intent behind Last Stand was to feature a simpler narrative, with focus on the costuming of German Colonial Marines and the dark atmosphere of the film.

ALIENS: LAST STAND takes place on board the military ship USS. Yotumo where Sgt. Davis (played by Ricco Ross from the movie ALIENS) sends out a distress signal into space. A troop of marine raiders stationed on moon LV-446 head immediately towards the USS. Yotumo. Little do they know that arriving on board of the ship will not only seal their fate but also end their lives.

Deep inside the ship there are creatures already lurking for their next prey. Will the marines survive against the xenomorphs? And how did Sgt. Davis manage to send a distress signal in the first place? Reload your pulse rifles and buckle up, because in space nobody can hear you scream.

ALIENS: LAST STAND is a fan made film by German directors Felix Berner and Dieter Joppich. Berner and Joppich who are both sci-fi-enthusiasts and fans of the ALIEN-franchise started filming in 2017. They were supported by the German Colonial Marines, a Germany-based group of ALIEN-fans founded by Berner in 2016. The two filmmakers filmed most of the material in front of a greenscreen.
