The alien in the first page sports the classic biomech shoulders combined with the also biomech backtubes, but the rest of the body is the fleshy one from covenant. Is that fan art or something?

Just to be clear, I only skimmed over the images quickly - must stay clean (scrubs furiously) - but does it look like a different culture but otherwise the same engineers? Like, are they more like civilians/peasants as compared to the engineers in Prometheus?
