I used Cinema 4D for the lighting and Texturing.
That Wet and slimy look is not easy to do, so is the bump mapping on this baby, but i think it turned out good.

I already said that, take a look at my "3D Mars" thread, and this model is actually downloadable for free on the net, alex gave me the link and i said thx to him a 100 times.

I havent modeled the head, but as the other alien picture i did the lighting and played arround with the skin etc.
And i also made the head a lot smoother and more organic by increasing the polygons here and there.
But yeah the model is downloadable for free on the net, but if one doesnt work on it the way i did it with this one, it will never look as good.
