I've always been a little surprised that the EU never explored the Iraq War more. We had one that I can think of? Sand Trap? Though, I suppose Prey to the Heaven's was in that same vein, but I can't recall if it was actually in Iraq. I've thought for a long time it'd make a good contemporaryish setting for a Predator film.

What I'd really love to see is something set within World War 1 or 2 though. But honestly I'd be happy with any of these settings.

Predator vs Zatoichi or Yojimbo is such an obvious, and perfect match-up. The obvious lead actor is Hiroyuki Sanada.

Having a Japanese director would be great too, give it cultural authenticity. Maybe someone like Takashi Miike? I'm not sure if I'm too big on his Samurai movies' action sequences, but I still need to see more of his filmography
