High-end replica manufacturer Hollywood Collectibles Group is at San Diego Comic Con showing off the prototype of their upcoming replica of Alien: Romulus’ prototype Pulse Rifle!

Yep! My notes for the film say v44A. Might have been a change, or I just wrote it down wrong.

Very cool that we're seeing both logos in the film, representing stuff made from different eras. I was a tad worried we might only see the Aliens version despite the ages of some of the materials present in the film.

Wey-Yu is in the weapons trade as well, ya know. Heck, it was the Weyland Storm Rifle that provided the basis for the M41A Pulse Rifle.

Funnily enough, W-Y's L36 Halberd rifle was the first weapon I fully upgraded in Aliens: Fireteam Elite.
