This is the UK release of Alien 2 I own :

I wish Xtro was out on blu-ray. I own it on DVD and would upgrade in a heartbeat.

I just remembered this one, also. Circa 1996 or so? Death Machine. It has a total Aliens vibe. Cool movie. It was on Netflix, recently, but not sure if it's still there:

Also, Forbidden World (Mutant) was remade in 1991, featuring a young Bryan Cranston. It was titled Dead Space. You can watch it on YouTube as well:

Wow, they aren't even trying to hide it are they? XD

Watching Dead Space, so tacky. So glorious.

^ It seems like a tacky movie, will add to the list of need to watch. The poster looks cool too.

I take back what I said about glorious. It never picks up and is thoroughly boring. The alien itself looks nothing like the poster beyond the head.

Followed up with Mutant, which had been on the list for a long time. Much better than Dead Space! More gore, more trash, more entertaining.

Not a film, though I wasn't sure if I should start a copy of this thread for comics...

Very well written IMO. The Wake has more than a drop of Alien in its' blood from what I've read so far (I've just finished issue #3).

QuoteTHE WAKE. When Marine Biologist Lee Archer is approached by the Department of Homeland Security for help with a new threat, she declines, but quickly realizes they won't take no for an answer. Soon she is plunging to the depths of the Arctic Circle to a secret, underwater oil rig filled with roughnecks and scientists on the brink of an incredible discovery. But when things go horribly wrong, this scientific safe haven will turn into a house of horrors at the bottom of the ocean!

I watched Inseminoid a few years back in the early hours of the morning. From what I remember it was a terrible yet oh so awesome film.

I vaguely remember a film about space truckers from my youth that ended up fighting some sort of robots that had a kind of Alienish head.

So it was just called Space Truckers and even had Charles Dance in it. The trailer even used the Red Alert track that Resurrection's did.

I actually watched this on the big screen in 1980...(much to my shame)...all part of having dragged people to watch 'ALIEN' the year before and was having withdrawal symptoms.

Best bowling-alley climax till 'There Will Be Blood' in 2007.

This was always one of my favorite rip-offs.
