Something which just occurred to me while looking back through some of the concept art...




That patch she's wearing on the arm of her jacket has a definite, specific symbol. Does anyone recognise it from symbology/iconography made for the previous films? It could well be something new, but the fact it's appearing twice makes me think it's a badge which symbolises a particular organisation or ship, like the Nostromo/Sulaco, which is relevant to the actual story.

I can't recall anything about the USM stuff from 'Alien Resurrection'. Don't think we got to see any kind of symbol for representing Gateway Station personnel, for that matter.

It's very similar to Amanda's badge in A:I. But not an exact match.



You will also no doubt have noticed that they also wear the same jacket and shirt with the two round "Executive Officer" pins on the collar.

Hmm, not an exact match, but you're right, there are similarities.

Already knew about the clothing style, but that continues to be of interest, too.
