Prefered another design?

Personally I'm sick of seeing the damn Aliens designs in these games. AvP, AvP2, AvP: Extinction, Concrete Jungle etc have all had the same designs and I think it'd be a good time for something different. For once in a game I'd like too see the orginal design!

not all, but i do like dog/ox Alien.

If you look closely at the magazine cover released recently you'll find that it actually shows two different designs. The closest drone is obviously the ridged design from Aliens, but there's another one in the background, standing side-on, which clearly shows the transparent dome look.

OBVIOSLY this game has "aliens" alien because this movie is based on the second sequal...

If you read the article, you'd find that both Giger's Alien and the Aliens alien are in it.  The A1 alien is smarter, while the A2 aliens act like you'd espect, using the environment and such to catch you off guard and swarm.

If both Giger's drones & Cameron's warriors end up in the game it will be great news, since those are by far my favourite designs. It would make sense if you only fought warriors close to a hive area where they could blend in with the environment better. The way I imagine it, they would be even tougher that the drones, soaking up more bullets before going down, as we saw them take pistol rounds to the head in Aliens without even flinching.
