Exclusive inserts in the WY report collectors’ edition?

The sideshow collectors' edition features sculpted cover and more inserts. Corporal Hicks's preview shows some inserts which I didn't find in my hard cover version, such as Jonesy's physical exam, Kane's X-ray photo and Janek's journal, etc.
