Does the redux have a scene where Ash and Dallas are either lifting or lowering a huggered helmetless Kane onto the infirmary bed?

No. But it does have them hauling him into the airlock.

The shot of the huggered Kane in the pic I linked opens the infirmary sequence.

If you have the Book Of Alien, there's a still in there of Dallas and Ash propping up Kane.  Always wondered how that might've fit.

Who knows. When would they have needed to do that? Tom Skerrit looks kind'a worried in the shot.

I guessed maybe Kane convulsed and sat up and the grabbed him as he was falling back...?

Yeah I've noticed that pic before, ive always assumed its just a trim from scenes of them bringing Kane back in and taking him to the infirmary.  Some of the footage of Dallas and Ash carrying Kane can be seen on the DVDs.
