I recently got the Neca PredAlien and it hasn't fallen over once. The worst that has happened was it bent over a bit, but I repositioned it and now it's fine.

Mine has too luckily. You have to keep an eye on the predalien though. You never know when he will be doing the lean. Could go a month without leaning then bam, thing is halfway fallen over.

the answer is to put a resistant point (im using books) below chets left arm... and he stays standing. XDD jajaja. other whise.. is quite dificult.
