A normal Xeno will have trouble for x-rays and fatalities given how a xeno design would work.
If you mean by the internal organs of a Xenomorph, which we practically know nothing about, then I would say that presents a lot of problems. Even if given the Tarkatan traits taken into account because this is still a Xenomorph.
As cool as the Xenomorph is in Mortal Kombat X, I'm seeing a lot of... things which need to be considered. Such as Fatalities on the Xenomorph, and the X-Rays. I mean do we really expect Liu Kang to punch his fists through a Xenomorph's throat, ripping it out and shoving it into it's mouth and not expect the acid blood to be dissolving at his hand?

With it Predator it's since their bodies are already humanoid and they are not much different from the humanoid fighters in the game expect for they have a different skull.
Only the body shape is similar to a human. A head, body, two arms and legs-- that's where the similarities end. But the organ placement, the organs used, it's all human designed. So is even the tongue for the Predator in this game when Predator 2 established (but was largely overlooked) that they have small, forked tongues. Depending on your source of Predator lore... in the current EU, Predators have three hearts. This one has one.
