I read this before seeing the link. And i thought you meant a proper, proper statue. Like an 8ft tall Spartan. Needless to say im disappointed.

NOw, about Halo Reach. That $150 version is AMAZING! O.O But, I think I'm going to have to settle for the $60 version. Oh well, at least I still get the game. Can't wait for the Beta next month!

I have to agree, that was a brilliant deconstruction of DBZ-style anime.

But the rest of the movie (?) took itself far too seriously and hit you over the head far too much with its morals. Any goddamned cartoon that out-and-out tells me what I can think and what I should feel can go f**k itself, frankly. And as much as I think pretty women are brilliant, Legends seemed to think that using one was an automatic pass to audience-sympathyville.

So essentially the whole thing assumed I was shallow and tried to tell me what to think. Not even hipsters are this f**king pretentious.

There's a toy store around here in Amsterdam with a statue... sure, it's not 8 feet tall, but I guesstimate it to be at least 6 feet. Which is still awesome.

If you notice, they cut away quick before showing the needles going in. Maybe we can expect an extended version like with the ODST live action video.

With Landfall, We are ODST, and now Birth of a Spartan, I really wish a live action Halo movie would be made!
