OK what's your PayPal and how much money you want?

QuoteThe cost of living in New Zealand, for one person in a major city, is between NZ$4,000-NZ$5,000 per month.

This for four months should do it.

Would Giger be proud of this comic if it ever existed?

They could pull a predator: concrete jungle and make a surprise avp movie in a predator movie. Let's say, a predator is hunting people and a character disappears, who's body is then found by the predator with a big hole in his chest, but the predator looks chocked, because it didn't kill him and then the rest of the movie is the humans being hunted by the alien and the predator, while they are also trying to hunt each other.

Honestly, the setting of Predators but with aliens rather than Predator attack dogs would be a decent starting point.

I strongly believe if they just adapt the original comic with the budget and aesthetic of Romulus, you'd have a sizeable hit on your hands. Tbh I'm not sure if I'd be interested in anything else, I don't think AvP has ever come close to the heights of that original story.

It would look like ass at that budget is the problem.

Make it bright and visually popping like the OG comic.  I actually liked having a little bit of color in the A/P verse for once.

I do have a fondness for the og AVP story.  I loved the first game and thought the balancing was best there.  Aliens with the speed, the acid blood, and the ability to tear stuff apart quickly with their bodies as the natural weapons, humans with the fast repeating weapons that can catch stuff in the open and kill it, and preds with the slow powerful weapons and the toughness.  It was also great at atmosphere.  It felt the most like Aliens.

But I will also always love AvP2 for the world building.

I've heard numerous people over the years don't like the Broken Tusk, Noguchi teamup, because it makes the Preds too human.

I've also always enjoyed Psykore's take on the preds, where in his SP campaigns he had them more as sadistic killers with little honor.

The  problem is the OG comic a great read, but treats the Aliens like shit. They don't really do anything. Briggs' script in '94 fixed a lot of issues with the comics and would've been an ideal film with a few extra drafts.

Wait how does the 94 script fix it?

The Aliens start to overrun the colony before the Predators wreak havoc; in the comic, the Predators tear into the town before the Aliens are released. The Aliens and their hive also have slightly stronger implications in the script than the comic.

The scene of Machiko going through the sewer in the script would've been a great addition to the air vent sequences in Alien and Aliens.

In the comic, the Aliens are holed up in the cargo carrier until someone opens the door; they rush out, fight some Predators, and then Machiko blows up the place by crashing the transport ship into the colony.

I would really like to see Aliens in the jungle and how they compare to Predators in that environment.
