Today, the CARA/MPA Film Rating Bulletin released the official ratings for the anticipated Predator: Killer of Killers, directed by Dan Trachtenberg, that’s releasing on the 6th of June.
To no one’s surprise, it will indeed be rated ‘R’ which was to be expected based on the trailer. The rating is received for strong bloody violence, some gore and language.

Predator: Killer of Killers tells three separate stories: a Viking raider who guides her son on a quest for revenge; a ninja in feudal Japan who turns against his Samurai brother in a battle for succession; and a World War II pilot who investigates a threat in the skies.
Predator: Killer of Killers is scheduled to be released on June 6, 2025, on Hulu and Disney+ and outside of the United States via the Star hub.

Did they actually pen a full draft? I can't remember exactly what was said.

All I know is there is a great WW2 script penned by the guys who created the preds, and their scripts were used for the two greatest pred movies. And that WW2 script won't be used. It's really a missed opportunity.
Yeah, but we don't know what their agreement was. They could have asked them to not use the scripts that they wrote.
Lawsuit ended, so I've heard.
Even if they bought at the time, they might not have been able to use it now because of the lawsuit.
It was extremely stupid to not buy the script and use it , indeed.
They might not have the rights to use it!
It was really extremely stupid to not use the WW2 draft penned by the Thomas brothers.
I get it, they wanted a giant behemoth predator for their viking story, but I don't like it. Not really interested giant behemouth hulk predator, like in The Predator.
Edit: just saw your added simpsons picture. Im disappointed, i've always enjoyed your posts and discussions here.
Pictured: different species

I've already said they are fine enough and not a deal breaker. Just trying to explain why I don't love them and what I would prefer. Hardly acting like the "sky is falling".
But whatever, i'll keep my opinions to meself I guess.
Hulk-like proportions, sure, but in the same way that hyperstylized animation often portrays "buff" characters, regardless of species. But that's a Predator, through and through, and one that harkens very specifically back to the original Stan Winston Predator design philosophy in its face while still being a new dude with a new physique.
I actually laughed a little in trailer when he's revealed. I like the Feral flavored samerai one enough. Still looks like a different species, just like Feral.
I'm just saying you can have a Predator actually look and behave like a predator without being a clone of Jungle Hunter.
I don't understand why the argument is always "Well we don't need another jungle hunter clone". Yeah, I agree and no one is saying they want that. Different color patterns, dreadlock patterns, armor variations, height and size variations. Different behaviors and hunting styles. Scars, deformities, missing limbs. With a little imagination the possibilties can be as endless and varied as humans are.
Now, I love Feral, but when he takes his mask off he looks like a totally different species. Same thing with the super predators , the predators from this anime, and Dek.
I'm sick of them trying to to totally re-invent the wheel for every project.
I'm actually fine with it. It's just the art style, which I'm not huge on overall but don't mind an exaggerated beast of a predator for the most mythical segment.
And we all know how keen he was on listening to people.
Why do you think that animated violence should not be treated similarly to live-action?
You do know that if all your posts are dollar sign emojis, you could get reported for spam, right?
