Last month we posted about Beneath London: The Story of Alien War, an upcoming documentary about the iconic interactive Alien experience that could be found under the London Trocadero in the early-to-mid 1990s. We knew that an April release date was impending, and now the team behind the documentary has sent us the details along with a fantastic new poster!
Beneath London will be releasing on April 26th aka Alien Day in 2 weeks time over on director Paul King’s YouTube page! Be sure to head on over to subscribe and keep an eye out for the release of the documentary!
While we wait for the release of Beneath London, Alien vs. Predator Galaxy had the opportunity to chat to several of the performers who worked on Alien War across several venues, including the Trocadero back in 2021 for the 131st episode of the AvP Galaxy Podcast. You can check that out here!

At least the USA had the Alien Descent experience! And the Horror Mazes. The UKCM ran a tribute type of event called Alien Encounters in the UK at some events at the UK Space Center and I went through once, and it was a blast. But I'm in total agreement - I'd love to see something more permenant built again.
There would be great opportunities to intensify the whole thing.
I've a friend who went to Alien War with his scouts. Near the end of the experience, there was a big stamped of people rushing to get to the exit, away from the Alien. One of the teens tripped and fell in the chaos. Said the Alien came right up to him and said, "You alright mate?".
This just made my day!!!
Release date is Alien Day!
