New Alien Collectors Grade Mask Coming From HalloweenCostumes.com!

A little while back we reported on a selection of Alien & Predator costumes, masks, and accessories from HalloweenCostumes.com. I personally wore their Xenomorph costume at a Halloween party last year and had a lot of fun with it.

Recently they’ve collaborated with Halloween manufacturing company and monster makers Distortions Unlimted to add a more premium mask to their catalog: a deluxe adult Alien mask based on the ‘Big Chap’ design from the original film. Check out some images of this mask below:

Our Deluxe ALIEN Xenomorph Mask is perfect for avid ALIEN movie fans and mask collectors. Reintroducing the Distortions Unlimited ALIEN mask in collaboration with HalloweenCostumes.com. We are proud to offer this officially licensed piece, crafted here at our Distortions Unlimited studios in Colorado. We have a very limited number of this highly collectible mask currently available!

In the 80’s, Distortions offered the Xenomorph ALIEN, which was cast from one the original ALIEN movie molds, sculpted by H.R. Giger. A very limited number were originally produced by Distortions Unlimited so the original masks are now highly collectible.

Now we are excited to reintroduce this epic mask! In order to do so we made a cast from an original foam master from the 80’s and began to painstakingly restore the detail of it by hand.

The deluxe ALIEN mask is made here in the USA of high quality latex and a plastic dome. It is hand painted by our talented crew. There will be a very limited number of masks available, which make this highly collectible.

At 36 inches long, this impressive mask is primarily meant to be displayed. The mask may be worn for short periods. It is not recommended or designed to wear for long periods of time. Eye, ear and ventilation holes have been cut in the mask but there is limited visibility, hearing, and air flow. It has also been slit up the back.

* Crafted in the USA at our Distortions Unlimited studios. We have been making monsters in the USA for over 45 years.

* Materials – Latex mask with clear PETG plastic dome. The top of the head is foamed to rest on your head.

* Cuts made in the eyes, nose, ears, mouth, under chin, and slit up the back. This mask may be worn for a short period of time, but is not designed for extended wear.

* Ships in a 36in X 18in X 12in box.

You may remember Distortions Unlimited as the monster makers behind some of the life-sized Alien & Predator displays we saw during our visit to the Icons of Darkness Exhibition in Hollywood. They’re also no stranger to Alien masks as they produced deluxe Xenomorph masks, accessories, replicas, and even full costumes from Alien, Aliens, and Alien³.

It’s nice to see a new premium full-sized Alien head mask like this available, and reminds me of times when I would search the older deluxe masks on offer at Monsters In Motion with my cursor hovering around the ‘add to cart’ button.
