Alien: Romulus is the cover feature in the next issue of British movie magazine SFX. There will be a big spread about Alien: Romulus in September’s issue of SFX, coming out next Wednesday.
SFX’s sister site, Games Radar, have posted a couple of teaser news articles about the contents of the spread. The first teaser is how actress Cailee Spaeny watched other horror movies like Blair Witch Project and Texas Chainsaw Massacre in preparation for her role in Alien: Romulus.
The next teaser article is part of an interview with director Fede Alvarez. He says he wants Alien: Romulus to look as close to Ridley Scott’s Alien as much as possible. Alvarez and production designer Naaman Marshall dug through old concept art pieces from Ron Cobb for inspiration.
September’s issue of SFX Magazine hits newsstands on August 7th.
