    As for the art book, I shared this in the Romulus Novelization thread, but I've heard there are no plans for an art book. I'd love to be wrong on that or was given misinformation, but reality is we'd have heard about it by now if it were happening.


    Dang. Art books are one of my essential purchases with the release of any new Alien project. Especially given how impressive the visuals and design elements for this film have looked until now. It is what it is...

    Haha, glad I could generate some discussion with that. Dumb or not, it's a different take on what we know with DNA reflex. Could be cool.

    I would actually like to see the aliens teeth being modeled after the person who plays their host, to give the impression that the skull under the dome is a twisted copy of the host.

    I have a feeling that the Big Chap will be dead by the time Cailee Spaeny and her friends reach the space station.

    I wouldn't be surprised if he is all dissected and has his body parts inside water tanks or on top of tables of some laboratory.

    I'm guessing that Big Chap must be responsible for the killing of the original station crew and hiving the place up. I sincerely hope he is done some justice here. But then if we have Wu's xeno running around doing most of the damage to the primary cast, and also this so-called hybrid, one wonders what Chap's role can possibly be? Maybe a flashback or maybe he's just a magnificent corpse in a jar?

    Yes, longer than the mag image, but still slightly stunted compared to previous Aliens - if it's even the same Alien as the one on the mag cover?

    Yes, it was a rhetorical question. The point is that the films don't usually explain the differences, Alien3 being the exception.
