We have yet another casting addition coming to us exclusively from Deadline for the Noah Hawley helmed FX Alien series. Actor Moe Bar-El is set to have been cast for a major role, though the character details are not mentioned.
Olivier Award nominee Moe Bar-El (The Peripheral) has been tapped for a major recurring role in the first season of Noah Hawley’s Alien series for FX, Deadline has learned. Details as to his characters are under wraps.
Moe Bar-El is an up and coming actor who has featured in series such as The Peripheral and Better, as well as films including Femme and Zero. He joins other recently announced cast members including David Rysdahl, Timothy Olyphant, and Kit Young.
After a lengthy development period which was disrupted by the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Alien Series finally started production last year, though was again disrupted by the record-setting entertainment industry strikes. With those strikes finally over late last year, the series is set to restart principal photography very soon.
