Paul “OtaKing” Johnson Releases Trailer for Alien Anime!

Paul “OtaKing” Johnson, the amazingly talented animator who produced the 80’s anime inspired TIE fighter short film that went viral in the past, is working on an animated Alien project! Last week, he uploaded a new trailer for his upcoming Alien project, Alien: Monday, which you can check out below!

The worst day of the week. Paul “Otaking” returns with more retro anime shading in this new chapter of a familiar tale. The crew of the Thanatos, a remote mining ship at the edge of the galaxy, discover the danger of undeclared cargo.

Paul has been working on Alien: Monday for the past couple of years, but has no solid release date for the project’s release as yet. If you head on over to YouTube and subscribe to Paul’s channel, you can set-up notifications to see when Paul drops the finished film.
