I wouldn't call these books outstanding pieces of literature but they're just so much fun ! Lebbon does a great job painting a universe that feels big and broad and filling it up with characters you want to follow. Can't wait for Armageddon episode

It'd been a while, I was genuinely wondering if I'd still enjoy the series as much as I remembered! I'm glad I have been. They're really fun pieces of Alien and Predator, but they feel very unique. It helps them really stand apart. And Tim is just so good at world and character building.

Did we talk about that in the episode? I can't recall. lol He did reply on Twitter, saying he'd never played the game.

On my first read through I thought Kalakta WAS greyback. I mean 2351 is only 354 years in the future from the events of P2. Even if he was 200 in 1715 he would be 482 in 1997 and 836 years old in The Rage War.  I mean Greenland sharks live over 500 years soooooo its not unthinkable.

Thanks Greyback! Glad you dug it. I think he was intended to be Greyback, especially with the life spans established in the series. Though I'm still not keen on the thousands of years old kind of thing.
