That Time An ASMR YouTuber Did A Really Impressive Alien Themed Video!

Wikipedia tells me that ASMR, or autonomous sensory meridian response, is a “tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.” It’s a small pleasure! And there are YouTubers out there who specialize in creating videos that trigger this response, one of the more common being listening to people who are whispering.

One such YouTuber, Rhino Stew, has just posted an incredibly impressive Alien themed ASMR video – including what looks like a cameo of Elon Musk’s flamethrowers! The fun stuff begins around the 3 minute mark!

I was really impressed by the the ending animation. The sound effect throughout the whole production was also magnificent although I get it the whisper is. Her shtick but it itritated me slightly I have no idea why.

I really hate ASMR it really makes me feel like I want to punch the person in the face that's doing it. I sort of have the same reaction when I hear someone eating a bag of crisp and the crackling sounds of the bag makes me mad. Why I could not watch the whole video, I did skip through it, and was very impressed by the visual fx on the chestburster.

I've only actually watched this one. I was impressed, but can't say I really noticed any reaction on my part. I'm just permanently uppity.

Well, I watched it. Visual Effects are actually pretty impressive.

She's pretty good and does a lot of roleplay. Give it a chance. It might not work straight away but when it does, it really will change your life forever. If you ever have problems sleeping, putting this next to your bed definitely helps.

It's really funny you posted this because I wanted to talk to you about ASMR for ages but I always figured you'd find the idea stupid. I got into the ASMR community a few years ago and probably spent hours upon hours watching the videos. Does it work for you?
