Happy Alien Day to all of Alien vs. Predator Galaxy’s visitors and community members. It’s officially April 26th (for about half of the world) and that means we’ve got a whole day (give or take some hours) to celebrate and be bombarded with new Alien releases and announcements!
As usual, we’ll be closely covering all the events, releases and competitions here at Alien vs. Predator Galaxy!
Merchandise
- Eaglemoss is having a 3 for 2 sale on all Alien and Predator products.
- Minifigs.me has released some cool Nostromo inspired Lego mini-figures.
- Super7 is releasing 2 new 3.75″ ReAction figures inspired by some unused Alien poster art by Bill Gold and two Alien flags!
- Once again Reebok has released a version of the infamous Alien Stomper shoes! For 2019 we have Bishop’s low-top version of the shoes. These wont last long, though!
- Fright-Rags is releasing some Alien Day t-shorts and an Alien inspired box for their Video Series Box Set.
- Weta Workshop has added an Alien figure to their Mini Epics line!
- The folk over Fanattik have released a bunch of smaller products such as pins and collectors coins.

Alien 3 Trading Cards
Dark Horse have turned the Aliens: Dead Orbit comic series into a Deluxe Oversized Hardcover format. Dark Horse also have a up to 50% sale on all the Alien comics in their digital library.
- Diamond Select have released an Aliens Xenomorph Letter Opener. On the surface, it looks like a detailed resin bust, but remove the tongue to reveal the metal blade sheathed inside its gaping maw.
- Upper Deck has just released the Alien 3 Trading Card Set, which has joined the 2017 Alien & 2018 Aliens trading card sets.
- Enjoy 50% off on Aliens vs. Pinball on Steam, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Google Play, Apple App Store and Mac. Aliens vs. Pinball combines three thrilling pinball tables into one terrifying pack inspired by the Alien franchise!

Competitions
- Worldwide: AvP Galaxy are offering up some sweet Alien swag!
- US: Alien Universe.com has been running an impressive sweepstake all week. There’s some really cool prizes in this one!
- UK/US: Titan Books has a lot of amazing prizes up for grabs. There’s two separate competitions, one for the US and one for the UK.
- The Yutani Blog are giving away some cool merchandise.
Community
Join in with the Alien Day and Alien 40th Anniversary celebrations by taking part in #MyAlien40th.- The final two Alien: 40th Anniversary Shorts will be released this evening (UK).
- The amazing Dane Hallett, known as one of the two incredibly talents guys responsible for David’s drawings in Alien: Covenant, has been releasing some pretty sick alternate Alien posters!

I'm personally gonna watch AVP movie today. Yeah, exactly this one. Sorry, but this was the first one for me in both franchises and it used to made me crazy in a good way when i was younger and it still has special place in my heart. Oh, and if i'll have some time left i'll read my Russian edition of Cold Forge which i've got only recently. Maybe it'll be better experience (it's only my second read) with me understanding each damn word

It's funny, the banner was there yesterday and the "ALIEN" code was revealed much earlier on coupon sites and so far been working for at least a week.

I don't know any other codes than that, and it doesn't apply to special higher priced items. Hope that helps.
