If I'm being nitpicky, I don't like those odd veins or furrows on his abdomen - but otherwise I really dig his body, and the eyes, both in expressiveness and the color. There have been complaints about him looking too dry but that's definitely not an issue here!

Yep, I'm liking everything despite the weird stuff going on with his abdomen/pecs and short torso/neck.  Extra moisture gets an "outstanding" in my book  ;)

Mandibles hanging open like a mongaloid from the AVP movies. Is it really that hard for ADI to get the mandibles to close another inch or so? Or just TELL them to close its f**king mouth?

I like that he doesn't look boiling angry - though I'm sure we'll get some of that too - I figure it's only normal that different individual predators wouldn't have identical demeanors and body language and facial expressions.

Yep, let's bring back this sci-fi icon near-flawlessly yet again.. and then kick the crap out of it with a bigger "cooler" Predator... again. That's what everyone wants to see, right? Sorry but I do feel there's a bit of an injustice and even cross purposes here with how the series is going.

Feeds On Minds, well he is probably surprised. He probably got knocked out and just woke up in this strange table with people trying to poke and prod him.

I'm mostly ok with this; but the only part that really bothers me, is the brow.  Both the jungle and city hunters brows came down over the eyes further, making them look threatening and pissed off.  This guy just looks surprised.

But this is a complete carbon copy of the predator 1... the predators in P2 at least had more subtle changes (face structure and skinpattern wise, longer dreads, ornaments)

    Looks good!

Actually looks like a Predator instead of the floppy-mouths in AvP. Never understood why people want a carbon copy of the Predator from P1.

haha i guess he was the benchmark. like the Brad Pitt of Predators perhaps? XD everyone seems to want Predators to have that identical P1 head/face design (i can understand why, it's the definitive look that first impressed us), but i'm all for variety and some individuality (just not too much)!

I'm still debating on the dreads.  A part of me likes the it, but at the same time the texture makes it look too much like actual hair.  I'm thinking this may be secondary to some genetic altering (since if I remember correctly he's supposed to be beefed up to a certain extent) and not the "new look".

A few days late to this thread since I was on vacation but I love him, I think he looks great, I love the eyes and expression. I still dislike the textured dreads but as far as the face goes, I'm a fan.

Loving the vein details inside the mandibles. There's still some sheen to it but yeah, on-set photography isn't really taken with consideration to how the actual on-screen photography is gonna look but I genuinely really love this still!
