Creative Assembly has released a new insider video today in which actors from the original ALIEN, including Sigourney Weaver, share their experiences working on Sega’s Alien: Isolation for the “Crew Expendable” and “Last Survivor“ DLC. You can watch the video below:
“Our latest Insider Video, “The Cast of Alien”, sees academy award nominated and golden globe winner actress, Sigourney Weaver (Ellen Ripley), Veronica Cartwright (Lambert), Harry Dean Stanton (Brett), Tom Skerritt (Dallas) and Yaphet Kotto (Parker) reveal further details of their return in Alien: Isolation™.
With tantalising snippets of in-game footage, behind-the-scenes moments in the recording booth and Alien nostalgia, “The Cast of Alien” is an exciting prelude to what awaits you in Crew Expendable.
Players will be able to explore the Nostromo from habitation deck down through to engineering as they race to escape the terror that confronts them from within the depths of the ship.”
How bout the "You never tried communicating with the ALIEN" dialogue from Ash mentioned by Veronica Cartwright in the ALIEN Quadrilogy Commentary which was later replaced with the "Perfect Organism" speech.
I am feeling very nostalgic right now.
Dammit you started it.
RIGHT?!?
That vid was sweet.
And how amazing that Harry, oldest of them all, looks the most like he used to back in '79!
Go, Veronica, though! Lambert going postal as a stressed-out badass, amuses me.
Its great the cast reunited to do this game & participate in the promotion of it.
Not someone who plays the games (years ago bought a PS2 & an Atari Jaguar with plans to do this...didn't really get into it)
I've not seen any recent appearances of Yaphet Kotto. So from that stand point alone I'm glad they made the trailer.
Even in the video showcasing the characters for the main game most of what we got was still shots...
