Sega and Gearbox Software have released a new batch of Aliens: Colonial Marines screenshots today via their brand new official website. Some of images have been published before in magazines but now you can see them in digital quality. Click the read more button to check them out.
In related news, you can see new pin-up art from Dark Horse’s Aliens: Colonial Marines comic book here at the forums.
No, a certain 'EX' someone on here from before.
No...they did mention several "perspectives" (including W/Y) in one of the magazines (the same one with the concept art of Weyland Yutani soldiers and the spitterz). Not sure what they mean though.
I thought maybe it would be like CoD with different characters, I mean, how else would they pull it off?
Oh, and, the "99" ammo count doesn't really work out well considering a lot of the marines are shooting, so there should be less that 99 bullets in their mags.
Maybe they are like the Adaptive Hyperfertility eggs from AVP:Extinction that contain multiple facehuggers.
Wait.....giant Crusher Aliens, spitter aliens, and now multiple facehugger spewing eggs? This all points to one person......
There will be NO xeno campaign. This is NOT going to be like AvP 2010 or CoD showing different perspectives. Winter only.
I'm not 100% sure but I think I remember reading or hearing something about a short Alien campaign. If I'm mistaken well, wishful thinking.
How could they tell it from the aliens' perspective? There's no single player alien campaign.
I don't recognize them...
There's a pic from a magazine that shows what the WY spec-ops look like in this, they're nothing like marines.
Yup, that blank expression screams terror.
Gearbox's explaination, radiation did it.
He was obviously wasted from getting a few drinks in at the bar......
Maybe it's Weyland-Yutani Special Forces , the ones at the end of Alien 3,
The acid in the Spitter Alien screen looks fixed and I do quite like the blue auroa surrounding the picture.
I was thinking the same thing for a few times, but I stopped after trying to figure out who the crazies are.
