Fox have now officially confirmed AvP2 for a release date of August 10th 2007 according to BloodyDisgusting:
“Expect a full announcement as early as tonight, but 20th Century Fox has announced an August 10th, 2007 release for Alien vs Predator II, according to various sources. No details have been revealed — here at B-D we dream of a world without Paul W.S. Anderson, but the world is far from a perfect place. Watch this spot for details as they come in. Fox’s Alien vs Predator (review) banked in on August of 2004 scoring over $80 million here in the States, I bet people have learned their lesson though… “
