Watch him during the briefing scene when Gorman gives the prep detail orders.  Bottom right of the shot.  Tip Tipping, God rest his soul, delivers some of the most amusing acting in the entire movie.  I've heard you can see Wierzbowski's hand flip off Gorman too but I haven't noticed.

This is Crowe right or am I wrong, so what does Wierzbowski look like. Or have I got t the wrong way round.

That's Crowe.  When Ripley knocks the tray out of Bishop's hands near the beginning, pause it.  The next shot shows the table of marines turning to look.  Wierzbowski is the closest guy in the shot.  Wierzbowski is also seen looking over Frost's flaming body before Hicks pulls him away.
