I'm pretty sure that it was included in the special feature on the Alien Quadrilogy DVD set. You might get a better quality copy there.

I tried the AvP DVD but not the Quadrilogy. I can't think where on the Quad it would be?

I trawled through the extras on the Quad recently and didn't see any trailers for AvP.
