I think the bigger question is, does the xenomorph have organs? does it have a heart and lungs and all that bs that makes a human vulnerable.
If it has a heart it can have a weak heart, same as for any other organ conditions.

It definitely has organs. In Alien: Resurrection it shows a pile of organs and alien blood that eats through the floor of the cell where the Xenos are being held.
