(Assuming you're referring to boobs on a Predator...) Because it's immature bullshit. It's literally the least inventive, most childish way they could differentiate the sexes. Not to mention the vast majority of females in the animal kingdom don't just have breasts.

The concept is bad enough but the hyper-sexualised way it's typically portrayed just sinks it even lower.

The bearing is that the studio that owns the creatures said that the genders are indistinguishable, ergo the ones we see might have been female and we'd have no way of knowing. Not sure what part of that is confusing, to be honest.
