I just bought A:CM for PC cause it was on sale on Steam (game+season pass+extra DLC=less than $20), I picked up Hick's shotgun on the first level and it completely replaced my Pulse Rifle. WTF?! What happened? How do I get my Pulse Rifle back? And where are all the other DLC weapons I had?
EDIT: Nvm, found the radial menu by randomly tapping buttons. Looks like Gearbox skimped out on that option in the tutorial.
