Is this a custom figure, or one that can actually be bought somewhere?  If so, does anyone know where?

Darn, beat me to it! The micro man series was really sweet. My folks got me the set when it first came out. They are pretty detailed and the Alien drones feature egg, facehugger and chestburster while the Predators (Scar, Celtic and Elder (no Chopper)) feature the same set of weaponry as seen in the film. The Queen comes with miniature version of Scar as she is in the same scale as the other figures, not TO scale with the other figures, such as the NECA Queen is in scale with the 7" figures.
