He's entering a mid-mid life crisis

After I applied for a UC benefit (Unemployment Claim), I had to mail a lot of appeal paperwork to get the appeal started. They said the SSN I provided was not pertained to having SS amounts taken out, therefore they thought I did not work at all last year. SIGH. Apparently the intelligence I am dealing with is benign. I have to file bi-weekly claims of the hours I did work (which is few, partially thanks to full time college) and the website would not let me past the info page. Then I tried to phone in the claim, and they said "This service is not available at this time. Please call XXX-XXXX to file the claim there" and then cut me off without repeating the number. So again;

The intelligence I am dealing with is benign.
