Hyena Road (AKA Canadian Sniper)

Well Paul Gross, you've done it again. I honestly though that after Passchendaele you would realize that forcing love plots into war movies just doesn't work. Canada should just be barred from making movies

Big Wednesday

That was beautiful. Besides, you get to see Gary Busey fake insanity (I know, right? ;D) to avoid going to Vietnam, and he's being examined by Joe Spinnel in that scene.

Children Of The Corn (1984)

This is quickly becoming a October traditional viewing. Starting to wonder if I should attempt the next 4... Any thoughts on that idea Kiramid? ;D

8.5/10

I haven't seen any of them... and there's more than four more, from what I've read.

^ Yeah, I figured the next four would be more than enough (I think there are 9 overall CotC films). Knowing the next 4 were from the 1990s, I thought there may be a dash of worthwhileness somewhere. Seems that CotC III on bluray is very rare, maybe it's the diamond in the rough ;)

Just watched Childs Play (1988). Looking back at the puppeteering, it was at or near the highest quality before computers came in. I miss this greatly.

a solid 8/10

Went and saw Pan at the cinema yesterday. I really, really enjoyed it. There is one thing I think they missed out on, but I wont say here for people who haven't seen it and want to.

I do recommend it
