Super7 To Release Lost Kenner Figures

Checked to see if this was posted when I pre-ordered these guys from Entertainment Earth ... and I still don't see anything posted today so here we go:

Just discovered this today. Halleluiah! These toys have been my dream ever since eight-year-old me actually wrote a letter to Kenner toys back in 1979-80, requesting just such a thing (they said it wasn't gonna happen).

The only question is, do I just buy one set, or buy a second one to play with? 

Knowing that the sales of this set will help them decide whether or not to do Parker, Brett, and Lambert, and playsets, is helping me make that decision...

Saw them in a local comic shop last week.  $30 each was a teensy bit steep.

For real? Yikes! I ordered the set of five (well, two sets actually) from Big Bad Toy Store for $65 each.

I could almost spring $30 for one of them Alien and Aliens action figures that came out a couple of years back.  With all the nice detailing and articulation.  Most I'd pay for one of these 1970s-esque figures would be $15 - if I was in a good mood.

At $65 for the set of five, I'm getting them each for $13. Pretty good, in my opinion! Shipping to Canada's tacking on about $15, but I don't mind, since I've been waiting for these since I learned the prototypes existed on the Legacy dvd set back in '99!

Mind you one thing that I found amusing is the box saying 'Adult collectible - Not a toy'.

The word "wanker" doesn't even begin to cover it.
