Why would Metallica be a guilty pleasure? They don't suck at all.

More often than not for me.  ;) But it's just me, and looking at my musical preferences, it's no wonder that I cannot stomach some of the cheesier Metallica stuff.

Bruce Springsteen will always be number 1 on my list, but I recently got into a few new bands so my current top 3 are:

1.Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band
2.The Black Keys
3.The Rolling Stones


Some others I love are AC/DC, Guns and Roses, The Beatles (No shit, I know), Disturbed, some Linkin Park, Wu Tang Clan (Not really a band but still), old Eminem (I grew up on it), Tyler the Creator, The Heavy, some Green Day, some Radiohead,Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley (again not really a band but still) The rest is just a jamble of bands that I only like 1 or 2 songs from so I won't even bother with them

I'd have to say I'm not too keen on saying that my two favorite band's have the same lead singer.   :)
But yeah, They'd have to be Gorillaz, and Blur.
Damon Albarn is Simply a great singer, i can't emphasize it any more.

i like a decent mix across metal. agalloch, woods of desolation, moonsorrow, necrophagist, immortal are a few of my favourites. but i also really like dark ambient as well. kammarheit, false mirror, lustmord, desiderii marginis etc...
