Wire, Low - I love you...What's your favourite Wire record? Mine is without a doubt 154. Have you heard Colin Newman's solo album A-Z? It's a masterpiece as well, my fav Low album is their debut and Trust, but they have released many of the albums that are quality... What are your favs by them? I've kind of seen them live last year too.

154 is mine too. 'Dat post-punk.
And yep, I have A-Z and most all of Colin Newman's albums. A-Z is the best of the lot--"Alone" is an incredible song. Low is impossible to pick a favorite album for, as they are all pretty fantastic. Things We Lost in the Fire, The Great Destroyer and Trust have special places in my heart, though. I wanted to see them when I was in London, but tickets sold out virtually overnight.

Most of his stuff is really hit or miss, sorta eye-rollingly self important and cheesy metal stuff, but his Mechanical Animals album is f**king amazing. Best glam rock album of the past two decades.
