So, I don't quite remember how we did it last year, but is it the memeber wearing the sets or the one who created them we should nominate? Or just whichever is more fitting from member to member?

The creators recieve the awards. Should note that for others: remember to vote based on who had created the set, people. If it's an original, you vote for the person who made/wears it (obviously ) and if a person makes signatures for others, pay attention to that detail and vote for the creator.

I'm a bit unsure what qualifies as a Concept Artist. Would this do it?

Also, are we supposed to link to a piece of art for each artist, or does that only apply to Best Art Piece?
