Dog Alien vs Ox Alien

The Runner:
What do you think the design of the Runner fits better...an alien coming out of a dog or an ox. The way it looked, acted etc Definately dog.

Nightmare Asylum:
Makes no difference to me, really. It came out of a four legged animal and walked on four legs. It acted like any other Alien in the previous two films (though it was a bit more cautious, which make sense because it was guarding the queen).

Omegazilla:
Dog. More agile and everything.

Even though I've always attribute 90% of its changes compared to the other designs due to it being a different caste.

Changes in caste eh? Interesting....I think that due to it's host it would warrant a new caste.

It also played with it's food like a dog. The way it nomed on it's victims heads sometimes instead of just simply sticking it's inner jaw through their head. Like with Dillon, it was toying with him. It easily had him overpowered, it was just playing with it's food.

Omegazilla:
Not necessarily a new caste due to the host... but it's the explanation I buy for things like the design differences -- the lack of back pipes mainly. It's as different to the warriors as they themselves are to the Queen because it's of a different caste.
Then again you can come up with anything you want -- but that seems to be the most reasonable explanation (IMHO).
