Who would come out on top in a one vs. one fight? The Alien or the Predator?

I love both species, but lets be real here, assuming the Predator has all of his/her gear it should take out the xenomorph easy. The Predator's bio-mask alone takes all of the Xenomorph's advantages away, specifically because it make the alien glow. It removes the darkness element. Predator takes this 9/10.

If you were to have the Predator completely unarmed then the Xenomorph should take it 7/10,
