While watching Prometheus I came to the conclusion that the Engineers outlook on science specifically biology radically different to our own.  Humans consider Biology to be primarily and philosophically the study of life were as the Engineers view biology as the study of death.  Rather than life cycles they have death cycles.  We as humans seem to be more focused on the whole life part while they are fixated on the death part and seem to work in their culture from that aspect.  What is everyone's thoughts on this?
