One of the subtleties and ambiguities of the alien series and i love, is the xenomorph growth process, we never directly see onscreen, just the skin from where the xenomorph has grown and shedded and is followed by the final creature usually around 8 foot depending weather it's a drone or queen. I'm wondering in prometheus if the humans do mutate as such they shed their skin like the xenomorphs do throughout their mutation process, which would be a subtle nod in the direction of alien, just a thought that's all guys, what do you think?
