War Wager

An impressive beastie, but it makes me sick seeing animals chained up like that, not to mention being used as a cash cow. Plus it's probably really old. All the stress of being captured, moved into a park and a smaller enviroment, it's not gonna to last much longer.

That thing could eat a Hippo.
A calf or a dead one, sure.  Not a full grown hippo.

Larger than 21 ft? Elephants would be on the menu then. No animal would be too big for it to kill besides most whales.
Are you being serious?

Yes because I saw a video of a 17 footer attack an elephant and almost succeed in dragging it under water.

I want to see that.  :o  Post the link.

Wow, this doesnt even look like a 16 footer. Imagine what a 21+ ft Croc would've done.

Cool video, but the elephant put her head in the water to smash the croc.  Did you see how easily she was swinging it around?

Nope, I'm not budging!  8)  The croc is lucky it wasn't taken out on the bank because that momma would've had some new croc boots!

Maybe a baby, but not the mother. Crocs are strong but they can't drag a full-grown, active elephant.

Wow! That crocodile is huge. Reminds me of how big prehistoric crocodiles such as Deinosuchus or Sarcosuchus got.
