A shitload of Movie Monsters could compete with / kill a Predator. Things like Pumpkinhead or Vermithrax would do short work of the intergalactic hunter. But just to keep the following list some kind of fair, I will not include Monsters from Fantasy films. Keep in mind that this is by far not a complete list. :P
List divided into appropriate categories, alphabetical order.

Spoiler
Competition - Could go either way

Alien!

Alien (Independence Day)

Arachnoid

Assblaster

Baby Godzilla

Banshee

Brundlefly

(more probable for the Predator to win, only because of the lack of speed)

Dragon (Evolution)

Flying Thing of Doom otherwise known as Bioraptor (from Pitch Black)

Giant Ant (from THEM!)

Parasite Mutant Human Monster (from The Cave)

Peter Benchley's Creature

Prawn

Shrieker

(What are you saying? No? Shaddap! :P)

Species

Venatosaurus

Zorgon (from Zathura)

One sided - Hard for the Predator to get out alive

Audrey II

Behemoth (from HellBoy)

Bug

Dragon (Reign of Fire)

Graboid

Gwoemul

Kothoga (Mbwun)

Leonopteryx

Leviathan

Moorwen

Sammael

Thanator

Titanothere

Vastatosaurus Rex

Ridicolously one sided - Dead Predator

Godzilla (exception for the alphabetical order, gna gna gna)

Alien from Independence Day got punched out. by a mans fist.
Yes, It was killed by a gunshot to the head though. It has those nasty tentacles and telepathic powers. It can stress the Predator's mind.

Another nasty Critter is this guy:

Mind control powers by simply having a good look at a target's eyes, necrosis inducing bite and a good speed. You don't mess with the f**ker.

Do I need to explain?

I would like, i don't know much about him. :P
Nerd rant time!
(Bat symbol transition thing)
Spoiler
The Thing is a creature that adapts to its surroundings by absorbing other living creatures and re-shaping itself to mimic them. When the mimic is finished, it is perfect. They share grammar, tastes in food and clothing, mannerisms and even memories, so asking it about past experiences will yield the right answers. A single cell coming into contact with another creature will result in assimilation in a matter of minutes. It is extremely intelligent and will attempt to throw suspicion off of itself by not only openly accusing others of being the mimic, but also planting evidence implicating whoever it deems is the greatest threat to it.
Each part has a mind of its own. For example, a severed hand will grow into its own creature. This is a way to tell who it is because even blood will attempt to defend itself against attack. The problem is not knowing who it is and figuring out how to draw it out of the mimic. Even when you are aware it is among you, you are in grave danger of trusting the wrong person and being caught alone. When you are unaware it is there, it will spread and spread fast.

That about sum it up?

The Thing is my number 1 choice that has already been suggested. I could think of a few others.

The Thing can tun itself into the weapon, an example of this is when one of the mimic's head split in half so he could attack a nearby armed enemy.

This is true.

It can sprout claws and teeth at will and anywhere it wants on the body. It can also use traits from other creatures it assimilated in the past at any time. For example, if it absorbed a creature that spit acid, it could use that.
A bite or claw attack will result in infection because it bleeds profusely when it shifts, resulting in its blood getting in the wounds.

However, it will mostly try to be subtle, like placing a drop of its blood in a meal for someone or mixing its blood in the water supply. It will never attempt to assimilate someone when another is close by and will only do so when it is certain they are alone and out of ear shot.

That's not a power armor but stimply a biomechanical suit - and the Alien can get easy grip with the tentacles, not to mean it has telepathic powers.

Quick moving, strong bite, and the attitude to jump over opponents. If it jumps on a Predator, game over.

That's the thing that made me put it in the competition category - but it can crush bones.

Quote from: Master on Jan 14, 2011, 07:13:23 PM
Armed or unarmed? Agreed.
Heh. Both. Unarmed, it counts on the ridicolous super human strength. It throws humans like nothing and guts them with those legs. It can also literally tear apart an opponent. Armed, no contest. It would be in the ridicolously one sided category.

Uh. I don't know how him and Sammael got up there, sorry. Got distracted I guess.

Quote from: Master on Jan 14, 2011, 07:13:23 PM
Another big flying target. The question is what have biger distance PC or fire breath.
No, the question is whether the Predator can survive a hell of flames thrown at him repeatedly, followed by a crunch. That's how the Dragon hunts. A Predator, seeing it has thermal vision, would be dazzled before, burned after, chomped in the end.

Quote from: Master on Jan 14, 2011, 07:13:23 PM
I don`t think so.
Why? :P It has the surprise factor. It can use the tentacles and sneak from down under.

Big yes, slow no. It does him some charge. A hit from that hammer-like protrusion and a Predator would deal with crushed ribs and internal blood loss.

Quote from: Master on Jan 14, 2011, 07:13:23 PM

Doesn't matter. The Plasma Caster is not an out-out for everything. Its size would also guaranteer resistance to at least one shot. Once it gets close, fight ends.

Quote from: Master on Jan 14, 2011, 07:13:23 PM

By sticking a powered grenade in the inside of its abdomen - if the fight starts with the Bug spitting Lava (which instantly melts humans), Predator's game over.

Quote from: Master on Jan 14, 2011, 07:13:23 PM
Dead lizard.
See Vastatosaurus for this. Its size guaranteers resistance to at least one shot of the caster, and since it is thrice the size of a Vastatosaurus, a good pair too. Once it gets close, it can either stomp the Predator or chomp it.

That is a good description.
Time wise, it depends. If you are forced to ingest massive amounts of cells, it takes mere seconds. Decrease the amount of cells ingested or in contact with, it is slower. Probably around a couple of minutes.

But enough of our talk. Check out the film. It is a classic.  ;)

Let me see.
I think Pods from Invasion of the Body Snatchers would do a number on certain Preds. Plus then you would have Pod Preds running around killing the not Pod Preds.
