Homemade Chicken Tenders (KFC style, only I made them from scratch), blanched broccoli with homemade cheese sauce, tomato salad, a few Smoothies (which are Butterscotch peanut butter cups, no chocolate or cocoa added), an organic banana and lots of filtered water.
